Evidence audit execution

A fixed recipe checks an approved study’s captured wiki evidence inventory. Standing policies bound eligible pages, contributors, expiry and run counts. A planning approval alone does not authorize an audit.

This capability covers inventory consistency only. General scientific computation, model calls, arbitrary commands and legacy wiki editing remain unavailable through this workflow. Findings appear as separate non-canonical reviewed records; they do not rewrite wiki prose or change claim trust labels.
